PHOENIX'S SMASHED HIT COMEDY IS PLAYING NOW

The Drunk Shakespeare Society brings you a 90-minute performance of Romeo & Juliet where five professional actors do the whole thing — every soliloquy, every duel, every dramatic death — after one of them downs five shots of whiskey to start the show. It is exactly as chaotic and brilliant as it sounds.

The show is sharp, fast, and genuinely funny. Shakespeare would have wanted it this way.

We had so much fun, laughing at everything that happened that night. The crew was very entertaining, including their outfits. The audience participation was hysterical.. We laughed the entire 90 minutes. Your room was comfortable and fun. It was very enjoyable. I highly recommend it. Who knew we had a rose theater in downtown Phoenix.
